Didn’t Receive an Email / Invite
If you’re expecting an email or invitation from Blended Sense but haven’t received it, there are a few quick steps you can take before contacting Support. Most missing emails are due to spam filters, typos, or corporate email restrictions.
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Look in:
- Spam or Junk
- Promotions tab (Gmail)
- Clutter or Other (Outlook)
Search your inbox for:
“Blended Sense”
Some corporate systems automatically filter new senders.
Confirm the Correct Email Address
Make sure:
- The invitation was sent to the correct email address
- There are no typos in the email provided
- You are checking the correct inbox
If someone invited you, confirm the exact email they used.
Check Corporate Email Filters
If you use a work email:
- Your company may have quarantine or firewall filtering
- Check your email security portal (if applicable)
- Ask your IT department to release the message
Corporate domains sometimes block automated emails.
Allowlist the Sender
If possible, add the Blended Sense sender address to your contacts or safe sender list.
This helps prevent future messages from being filtered.
Request a New Invite
If the original invite link expired or was deleted:
- Contact Support to request a new activation email
Invitation links may expire for security reasons.
If You Still Haven’t Received the Email
Contact Support and include:
- The email address you’re trying to use
- The type of email you’re expecting (invite, password reset, order confirmation, etc.)
- When the email was sent (if known)
Support can verify whether the message was successfully delivered.
Security Reminder
For your protection:
- Do not click links from unknown senders
- Only use official Blended Sense emails
- Never share your password
