How to Read Your Billing Page

Your Billing page provides an overview of your credit balance, payment activity, and transaction history. Understanding what appears on this page helps you track usage and manage future purchases.

(What You’re Seeing & Why)

This article explains the types of information you may see and what it represents.

Credit Balance

Your Billing page displays your current credit balance.

This reflects:

  • Credits purchased

  • Credits used

  • Any approved adjustments

When you place an order using credits, the balance updates automatically.

 Transaction History

You may see a list of transactions that includes:

  • Credit purchases

  • Credit usage

  • Payments made

  • Invoices issued

  • Adjustments or corrections

Each transaction represents an activity affecting your balance.

 Payment Activity

If you purchase credits directly, your Billing page may show:

  • Payment confirmations

  • Associated invoice references

  • Total amounts charged

Enterprise customers may see invoiced amounts instead of direct payment  confirmations.

Why Your Numbers May Change

The credit balance or transaction list may change due to:

  • New credit purchases

  • Orders placed

  • Revisions requiring adjustments

  • Approved billing corrections

If something appears unexpected, review your recent transactions or contact Support.

Billing Page Updates

As part of ongoing platform improvements, the layout and formatting of the Billing page may evolve. While the visual presentation may change, the core information displayed will continue to include:

  • Credit balance

  • Transactions

  • Payment history
