How to Report a Bug or Give Feedback

Blended Sense is continuously improving. If you encounter a technical issue or have an idea to improve the platform, you can submit a bug report or share feedback directly through the available support channels. This article explains how to report issues clearly and effectively.

Reporting a Bug

A bug is something that is not working as expected.

Examples include:

  • Buttons that don’t respond

  • Pages that fail to load

  • Upload errors

  • Incorrect balances or display issues

  • Broken links

If something appears technically broken, it should be reported as a bug.


How to Submit a Bug Report

Use the Support or Help option within the platform and select the option to report a bug.

When submitting a bug, include:

  • The page or feature where the issue occurred

  • A description of what you expected to happen

  • What actually happened

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

  • Your device and browser type

Clear details help the team reproduce and resolve the issue faster.


Providing Feedback or Feature Suggestions

Feedback is used to improve the platform experience.

Examples include:

  • Suggestions for new features

  • Improvements to workflows

  • Requests for additional reporting options

  • Ideas for UI enhancements

Constructive feedback helps shape future product updates.

How to Submit Feedback

Use the Support or Help section of the platform and select the option to submit feedback or request a feature.

What Happens After You Submit
