Understanding Order Status
As your content order progresses, its status will update to reflect where it is in the production lifecycle. Understanding these statuses helps you know what’s happening now, what’s coming next, and when action may be needed from you.
(Match Found, Sweep Complete, Post-Production, and More)
This article explains the most common order statuses and what each one means at a high level.
How Order Status Works
Each order moves through a series of statuses as it progresses from planning to completion. Status updates are designed to give you visibility into progress without requiring you to manage production logistics directly.
Not every order will move through every status in the same way, but the overall flow remains consistent.
