When you arrive, the production team will already be setting up. You’ll be welcomed, oriented, and walked through what’s happening first so there are no surprises.

Every Sweep begins with a Circle Up, where:

Parking & Location Access

If parking requires payment, validation, or special access, please coordinate this in advance. Ensuring parking is covered allows your videographer to focus on capturing content rather than managing unexpected logistical costs.

During the Sweep

Throughout the session:
